Farlas - What makes an Irish Coffee Irish? A number of things might have made it so (or all of them together).
It MIGHT have been first created in Ireland.
It is made using Whiskey (Irish Whiskey, not Scotch whisky nor other) and good Irish Cream... Okay the cream bit was a little bit of a stretch.
Have you ever tried it?
Another lovely Coffee'esc drink is a Baileys Coffee. MMmmmm quite nice.....

Hope the Exam went ok in Eng Lit.
